Bombay Nights Tour (18th & 19th October 2024)

Bombay(Mumbai) is a city in which I was born and raised. I never thought in my childhood that one day I would be documenting this city from scratch. I have been documenting this city for the last 7 years. I have been working on many projects. Bombay nights is one of them.

It’s a project about documenting the night life in this crazy city. I leave home after sunset and keep documenting this city till the next day’s sunrise. Honestly I was surprised by these night walks. This city never sleeps. There’s always something going on in the corners of this city. 

I’ll be conducting the Bombay Nights Tour from 18th October 2024(Sunset) to 19th October 2024(Sunrise). This is not a ‘Workshop’. This is just a photography tour. 

So do join me on this adventure to explore and photograph this city from Sunset to Sunrise.

Itinerary For The Bombay Nights Tour

  • Our meeting point would be Bandra Station at 6:10pm on 18th October 2024.
  • From there we take a train towards the Grant Road Station while making photos inside the train.
  • From 7pm to 12am we document places such as Do taanki, Pydhoonie, Bhendi Bazzar, Dongri, M. Ali Road, Crawford Market, CSMT
  •  Our plan is to reach Churchgate station by 12:30am, From there we take a last train going towards Dadar at 12:50am. 
  • At Dadar, We document Dadar Indoor and Outdoor flower market till 4am.
  • At 4am we take a train towards Churchgate Station. 
  • From Churchgate Station, We take a Cab towards the Sasson Fishing Dock. 
  • We document that place till sunrsie. From 5am till sunrise.
  • And we end the walk with breakfast somewhere near by.

  • Fees: 2500rs (Only for Indian Nationals)
  • Spots: Only 4 spots are available
  • Meeting Point and Time:  Bandra Railway Station at 6:10pm IST

Requirements For This Walk

  • This walk is preferably for Photographrs/Filmmakers

  • Small camera with fixed focal lens or wide angle lens. Shoot with whatever you feel comfortable with. Camera, Mobile phone, if you just want to observe with your eyes, you can do that too. 

  • Good walking shoes.

  • As many fully charged camera batteries you can carry.

  • First aid kit, if you are on any medication or treatment, Please consider your doctor before joining.

  • Travel as light as you can
  • Relief Spray
  • Water Bottle
  • Mosquito Repellent
  • Power Bank
  • Energy Drinks
  • Dry Fruits
  • Umbrella
  • Raincoat

Just join this walk guys. We are going to have lots of fun. We are going to explore, talk and discuss about this city. I have already done many night walks. They were an experience I’ll never forget. We will also take refreshment breaks in between to recharge our batteries.

We will push each other, motivate each other throughout the walk with safety first in mind

This only covers tour fees. Any other expense such as food, water, travel, train ticket will be considered as a personal expense.

There will be a waiting list just in case there’s any cancellation.

Cancellation Policy : You will only get a full refund only if I can get someone to take your spot. Otherwise no amount will be refunded.

If the tour gets cancelled due to the act of god, In that case Yash Sheth is not liable to pay for scheduled train tickets in case if anyone is joining this tour from outside of Mumbai.

Yash Sheth will not be responsible for any medical emergency/accidents during the walk. But in such unfortunate scenarios Yash will do his best to help out.
